What is it useful for?

Beyond the benefits derived from the telematic management (accessibility, immediacy), the Professional Folder is a step more in the personalization of the municipal services, it allows the user to establish conditions and specific restrictions(management of delegations and representations, revocation of permits, etc).

Besides, it incorporates functionalities for the business agents as they are: management of their customers datum, tracking of the procedures made in their name and management of the representations and authorizations requested.

Did you know that..?

·The independent professionals or offices that transact in representation of someone can delegate in an employee, their representation permissions, as well as managing them in a easy way.

·The new service makes easier the management of the formalities, incorporating functionalities as the batch procedure (to be able to domicile all the fiscal objects of a customer in one time, for example).

·The customer as well as the professional can communicate in any moment the revocation of the representation granted initially.

·The entry of datum is sped up in the forms of procedure, thanks to the automatic introduction of the datum of the customer and the professional.

·To be able to use the Professional Folder it is only necessary: Belonging to a professional college or association that has signed an agreement of collaboration with the Municipal Treasury Institute of Barcelona, to be adhered to one of these agreements, have electronic signature and the representation granted by the customer.
