Introduction
To help breaking spatial boundary and creating dynamic office space, we reorganized spatial experience by cooperating with multi-professions. By slicing a concavity space from a cube architecture volume, we created staggered cross floor terrace to enrich the façade while provide the workers a relaxing space.
Reason to Be Selected
Shunfeng Innovation Center has to consider how to draw the essence of the development of city and the company’s culture, how to build appropriate connections between buildings and city. Thus, the design group begins revolutionary thinking and exploration.

Deeper research of the project, we realized that industrial architecture called for the overall consideration of individual spatial usage, future development space, and relative industry and comprehensive supporting service spaces.Details
From the view of the roads, the main tower implies a new district is ahead. Answering to terrain, the rest towers lines at north side with tall and straight profile, neat and coherent park figure, improving the interface of the city.
Recommended
The annex building, locating at north of the site, is of streamline form. It contains function of commercial and comprehensive supporting functions. The building has a coherent integrity design, resulting a beautiful fifth elevation.
To cope with the areas separated by city roads, the designer updates the overpass bridge concept and extends the ground floor of annex building, introducing visitors’ experience route inside it.
Conclusions
The design and complete of Shunfeng Industry Garden, is not only the meaning of first phase development in Hangzhou Intelligence Valley, but also set a great example for the innovation industry at Hangzhou Great Bay District. From masterplan to architecture design, innovation is omnipresent.
