Reason to Be Selected

Smartbus's night light bus operation brings joy and convenience to local people in their nighttime journey. In terms of cost and product promotion, Internet companies also have the advantages of high efficiency and multi-innovation; through data sharing with multiple platforms, people travel to bring great benefits. Usually when we take the bus, we always listen to music, immersed in the mobile phone picture... Even after work, dragging the tired body, but also must maintain public order and suppress themselves. But in such a minibus, there is communication between people and communication between people and means of transport. For us, the bus is no longer just a means of transportation, it has become a place to close the distance between people, a place that gives us a sense of happiness.

Details

Minibus suitable for densely populated cities : minibuses are a type of car that is scarce in cities like London and Paris, but can be seen in many emerging countries. The little Barbie buses are more flexible and mobile, and they are more suitable for European cities with narrow roads and complex routes. The Smart Ride Buses are painted green so that they are more conspicuous.

Create a good ride time: The shape of the minibus has also created a more friendly environment for riding. We find that people on the bus are more willing to know each other and communicate with each other. Most unusually, strangers break the first principle of public transport in London: not to talk to anyone.

Interact with passengers through app to improve bus experience: One of the functions that users like most about this mobile application is the "arrival and departure" prompting function. We decided to give passengers more fun with this feature, assign each user a unique expression pack, and display a stop-and-go reminder on the in-car display. And invented the bus expression pack.

“Intelligent” bus manufacturing: We build a whole technological process for this bus. We made an app, an intelligent display, vehicle tracking software, scheduling system, control system, and even a unique LED headboard. We have been able to run our public transit smoothly. We keep updating our mobile phone app. In application, we provide accurate real-time data and support open data.

Open data for various map navigation services: We made apps using open data from the London Transport Bureau and used Google and Apple maps and platforms. Now, Google, Apple and London traffic bureau will show our minibus line in their application. When planning, we will attract passengers to our minibuses.

At present, there are still some problems, such as public transport is only a regulatory service, supervision of the public transport system is still running in an outdated model, regulators are very cautious, so the operation of enterprises do not act, public transport and taxis are treated differently.

Conclusions

In such a minibus, there is communication between people and communication between people and means of transport. For us, the bus is no longer just a means of transportation, it has become a place to close the distance between people, a place that gives us a sense of happiness. However, the new transport services, while providing more travel options, also challenge a wide range of regulatory environments. There are still significant differences between the traditional public transport sector and the emerging Internet forces, and how to win-win cooperation between them remains to be explored.
